  • The room was very nice, tidy and comfortable and the location is great.

  • Check-In was supposed to be possible until 19h, but when I arrived at 18:30h (a time I announced beforehand), no one was there. All the information is in Czech only, so I felt lost and not welcome at all. When I left, I had to wait in the hotel until 12h, so I stayed 2 hours in the lobby after checking out at 10h. During that time, the cleaning staff put the radio on very loudly in the lobby and put their personal belongings on the chairs in the lobby. I felt very uncomfortable. All this wasn't a big deal and if it was a cheap penzion or a hostel, I wouldn't mind but for a hotel with quite expensive prices, the standard was very low and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

  • Co jsem očekával, bylo v pořádku.

  • Chybí Pizzerie. Schody jsou velmi prudké, Hlavně pro starší a postižené lidi. Chybí i jednoduchý výtah. Ulehčilo by to i práci pokojským.
